I'm in GMU 751, specifically near Vallecito Resevoir. No bugling, but I'm seeing a ton of elk sign. I've walked over 40 miles since Tuesday and only seen six elk. Those cows were running and ran past me at 30yds like I wasn't even there. It's been cold in the mornings and hot in the afternoon. Wind is crazy. The area is very green and dry, tons of down trees. -
