    I would love to know if this is possible. I'm still hitting the windage cap 90% of the time. I'm longing for a controlled feed bolt for sure.

    Yes, I preferred the short rings. But honestly I think I'll get used to the med rings just fine. I considered putting a comb riser on, but the reg stock, medium ring height will be my "normal".

    I'm loving my 6.8 western X-bolt. So far I'm only buying off the shelf ammo but getting 1moa groups with the 162grain copper impacts. Trying to get my hands on the 175 sierra game kings.

    Haha, yes, with no rings, no scope, nothing to bounce off of back into the action. I'm wondering if it is an issue with the size and shape of the 6.8 case hitting my window turret just right.
