    I’ll be in the market for a 223 in the next couple months for my kids to starts using next fall. If anyone has recommendations, I am looking for a youth/ compact rifle with a threaded barrel for a suppressor. Seems hard to find the shirt length if pull and threaded barrel together on a 223.

    I read that the average new construction house was around 2400 square feet. We have a family of four and our house is 1800 square feet and it’s plenty big. If affordability is an issue, builders will start to go back to the 1000 to 1500 square foot houses. So far I am not seeing many builders...

    Anyone regret going from 3500/2500 series to a 1500 series?

    I’m going back to a half ton next time around. Sold out camper so don’t won’t be pulling anything over a half ton tow capacity. We still have gravel roads here. The half ton is a smooth ride and is much more enjoyable.

    I would hunt your first year without one. Then rent a camper locally for a couple trips. I love our camper and family memories but the fuel mileage prevents me from wanting to take it west every fall. Cheaper to do hotels or buy a nice wall tent
