That's what I'm gathering. The weight is significant. I'll just have to add up all the other parts I'm planning to see where it ends up. I'd like to keep the rifle under 10lbs. -

That’s a great first rifle setup. I went for a 243 Go Wild for my youngest son, but probably would have waited for the 6.5 in gen 2 if I knew about it. -
