    spent 12 days hunting the selway units. hiked aynwhere from 7-14 miles a day. never heard a single bugle. only got on one herd of elk. absolutely brutal hunt. congrats man!

    if you want OTC idaho and montana are your states. but with that comes increased pressure (in a lot of cases) and typically smaller scoring animals (in most cases compared to other states)

    just got back, one guy did in fact shoot a bear! we had to pack it out 14 miles though... terrain is way steeper in person than OnX. be prepared to shoot up to or past 500 yards. super thick and bushes are bigger than they appear when glassing. would advise going earlier in the season when...
