Hunting elk in the rut with a rifle

I live in BC - bears are everywhere, be it black or grizz and starting sept 9th we can hunt elk with whatever weapon we want. Just be a good camper, learn how to live with bears and how to keep bears away. Also, can't carry handguns up here and bear attacks are pretty rare... Ian

I live and hunt in coastal bc, restated a rain forest, we get rain, Forrest Gump rain, if you don't like the wet this isn't your place. They say the Inuit of 19'names for snow...we have has many and more for precipitation! A vapourstorm light would be the ticket when staclking blacktails...

16bore Sitka, kuiu and first lite all openly admit that they got their inspiration from those industries and brought it to the hunting world. The biggest obstacle being printing on the technical fabrics and hunters accepting the costs of good gear
