if you have the door on the left, your entrance/exit will be at the foot of the bag. I could see crawling out of the tent a pain. I would rather have the entrance on the right and use the left zip bag, there is enough room for me to fit a bunch of gear to the left of me in my soulo.
How about an argali or tahr with spotting scope pocket on the back. You can compress the main bag all you want and still have full access to the spotting scope pocket. I plan on changing from an amr to argali
I copied this. A soda bottle and an RX100. So far the best digiscoping setup i have used. It installs easy so you dont lose focus on the animal trying to hook a camera on. The rx100 is the perfect diameter as its near the same size as the ATS eye piece. It may not work as well on an STS though...
I have an rx100 and swaro ats. I tried the pvc method and wasnt that happy with it. I now use a a cut out of 2L pop bottle that is just a cylinder that matches the circumference of the eyepiece and is about the size of the rx100's focus ring. Seems to work good so far.
What do you see in the difference in the Gen2 Duplex versus the tactical frame? I still have the old duplex and have always been tempted to switch to a new frame but never did as the duplex works great
I am looking at these two cameras. How is the G7X easier to mount for digiscoping. I am using a Swaro ATS and haven't found a clean way to mount for digiscoping.
Guide lid. Mini pocket and bottle pouch on left belt and small pocket on right belt. Medium pockets on the left and right of the pack. Spotting scope pocket fits tripod and 80mm spotter and it goes either on the left side or in the main compartment.
