Suppressor tips?
I chose the AB in part because of the bogo and price at the time. I think I only paid $700 and got the little bird in the bogo. It's still in jail, though, as I filed as a trust. I have the same issue and usually run the ball head for shooting. But if I'm shooting in a relatively flat spit where I can move the tripod and have time for a shot the va5 can work fine -

Are you still shooting off the promaster 525? I have one that I've used for the last few years but have been wanting a tripod I could use prone and seated with heavier duty legs like the leofoto 324 or 283 series. -

It depends on how you were eating before. If you already ate fairly well you probably won't see the drastic differences as some do.
