    Hunting pronghorn with a 12g slug?

    For what you would pay for a rifled slug barrel you could find a H&R ultra slugger used or if you have one of H&R rifles just buy a barrel for it. Make sure it is the ultra slugger. If it were me I would get a 20ga. I have taken whitetails here in Indiana at 200 plus yards with mine.

    How has the winter been

    So how has the winter been so far in the Meeker Colorado area? We are planning on heading back out this fall to chase after some elk and was just wondering how the weather has been.

    Ti Goat vertex 8

    My dad and I are looking for a new tent for this season. We are looking for opinions on the the ti goat vertex 8. Or should we look at the kifaru or seek outside shelters of the same basic size?
