Quit my corporate job a year ago (supply chain for one of the big three defense contractors) to help a friend run his hunting ranch & resort in the hill country near Uvalde, TX.
I have contacted them and they told me to go to a boot shop and get them stretched. They also suggested to get them wet, wear the boots around for a bit, and then stuff them with rags or newspaper while drying.
I bought these in size 10 and after a few hikes they shrunk a half size. So they fit like a 9.5. A couple other guys I know with the same boots experienced the same half size shrinkage.
Boots are in great shape and still have the new smell; no odors. Insoles are brand new since I use inserts...
