    Sheep hunting alone?

    Done it both ways. I'm not hardcore like most people on here, but some big pros and cons already mentioned. The upshots for me are that it's a very rewarding experience to be out there alone and you can go at your own pace whatever that may be. The downsides are pretty obvious. No second opinion...

    Favorite Sheep Hunting Pants

    OR Cirque in colder weather and Prana Zion pants when it's milder. Both have worked great for me, but it's tough to find pants with a 34 inseam and I put a big premium on fit. Kuiu and Sitka pants are too short for me, and way more $$$.

    Sheep Boots

    I've used the Scarpa R-Evolution Trek (from KUIU) and they worked very well. I could've used a little more ankle support in lengthy sidehills and nasty terrain once I was fully loaded with sheep. Other than that, they are great.
