Bino Tripod Mounting Help

And another vote for Field Optics. Came from a vortex clone mount which was a pain in the butt to take on and off as I'd have to unscrew the entire thing every time (I carry my bino in a chest harness). With the field optics, the screw stays on the tripod, the mount stays on a tripod quick...

Hunting Books

Recommend David Petersen. He's a pretty prolific writer, and has written a bunch of books along with articles. I think he founded BHA as well, and lives in Colorado, hunts elk. Can get a little bit preachy at times regarding ethics and what he thinks of as an ethical hunter but he writes well...

I have eaten that stuff before. My old lady is into squash noodles, or she'll make zucchini noodles with some kitchen product she bought a while back, (I think its called the "Vegetti" or something like that). So it's not new to me. I definitely agree with you that the best bet is to taste test...

Whoever recommended Heathers Choice, have you actually ordered it and tried it? Had the blueberry breakfast buckwheat and Moms Pasghetti on my last trip. I understand the ingredients are good and they are better for you than mountain house but they did not taste good. Pretty much forced myself...
