Best way to hang lopsided elk?

The way i do them is a screw sticking out of the wall on the inside of the teeth touching the roof of the mouth in a way the bull will turn into it clock wise or counter clock wise. that way the screw is not visible to others but stops the bull from turning on the wall.

300 PRC for Moose what bullets do you reccomend?

212 gnr eldx behind 75 grains of retumbo for me in a 300 prc this year, moose went 10 feet.
