Currently have a 10 twist tikka at the smith getting the 18" treatment, it shot 75 vmax at 3350 ish and a half inch three shot group before ( yes i know thats not enough data and its not truly a half inch gun) so we will see how it affects the gun and velocity. Should be done in a week or so.
I was looking at the gunrunner but opted for the lo drag instead. I love my lo drag I pack my call and all my hand calls and anything else I need. The scabbard was the deal breaker on the gunrunner it's a super shallow scabbard and I run swaggers so I needed the taller scabbard. You won't regret...
With the pulsar sale going on I was looking into a new scanner and a pard was suggested to me. The argument for it was very solid with an 18650 battery, LRF, 4 power magnification as I live and hunt wide open areas but I was hoping to get some more opinions from people with real world experience.
Ive used the loctite trick on all my rifles it works great and cheap. Plus you just keep the round and mark it for the rifle in case you ever need to re measure it.

Bought my first FFP scope this year and settles for a midas tac, I couldn't be happier with it thus far. Love the capped windage for hunting, the elevation turret has super positive clicks that I'm not worried about accidentally bumping in the field. The zero stop is miles ahead of my vortex...
