I'm really happy with my kifaru.
Just put an organizer pocket on it and that makes it even better. Way better than the deluxe package they sell.
I'm not a fan of the quivers that angle arrows forward.
If I didn't already have the kifaru, I'd consider the kuiu and maybe the new T&K
In my experience, a bareshaft is more sensitive than a fixed broadhead.
I've seen where field point and broadhead are hitting together, with the bareshaft 10 inches high at 20 yards. You can take a bow out of tune deliberately, and bareshaft will deviate from field point sooner than broadhead...
I used to do this but came to the conclusion it was a waste of time.
It takes about 12-15 grains of variation to move your sight tape 1-2 yards at 100 yards. Just building arrows without weighing components, they still generally come in within 2-3 grains of each other (might have had a few go...
15" front and 10" inch back bar is a really stable setup for me, without being too unwieldy. I run 2-3oz on the front and 5-6oz on the bow.
However for hunting I've moved to a quivalizer. Lower profile when packing in, and a full pound lighter than the 15/10 setup plus a full tight spot quiver.
Did you use a calculator to come up with the 250fps reading? If you get actual chrono numbers with one arrow, then tweak the ibo in this calculator to get you the same speed as the chrono, it will be very accurate for checking other arrow weights:

I had a triple stack and went back to the double pin.
With my setup, I have zero need to for 3 pins to cover 40 yards. I set the triple stack at 20/30/40.
But my double pin I can leave at 25/40 and it works just as well. 30 and in I put the top pin on the animal and shoot. Max of 2.5"...
