Thanks guys. I went for the Adirondack. I already have a kimber hunter that has been great-I really enjoy how handy the Adirondack is. Now to see how she shoots!
I’ve got an inkling to get a new rifle in the near future and am tossed of between these two. I’d be pairing it with a VX-5HD 3-15
How well does the Adirondack balance with the short barrel? Aside from the longer barrel and included muzzle brake what does the MA have that justifies the extra...
We have a very big window here. Sept1-9 is youth/archery season and sept 10-Dec 15 it is open for rifle. 2 bag limit. Took a lot of work to finally start getting one blacktail each year but my skills, luck or both are starting to improve and I am seeing more bucks each year. Scout, scout, scout...
Wanted to share my British Columbia blacktail I got in September. Not big but I am not a picky man and it ended up being quite unique when I flipped it over. I had been watching this one along with the bigger deer in the photos in the weeks leading up to the season opening. Three point vanished...
I heard of issues with the Hunters early on, I picked one up a while back and have had zero issues. Excellent rifle. That being said the tikkas are also wonderful shooters. Only answer is to buy both!
Looking good. How the heck did you get that crap out of the stock? Iv ripped at at with a few tools and have only managed 1.5 ounces out. Barely a dent.
That’s what it appears to me as well. Mainly just confused how Kimber puts a 1/2 moa guarantee on it if that’s the only difference. Maybe an error on the website.
Hi
I’m curious to know other than the appearance what is the difference between this model and the standard hunter? I see the black model states a 1/2moa standard. Whereas the standard hunter just says sub moa.
Thanks!
