Anyone else headed to Ontario this season?

Heading back up in late September for an archery hunt DIY Fly in hunt as usual. Sep 30th -Oct 7 probably.

Just curious if anyone else is headed up there and what dates they are picking to try and hit the rut.

Its scored real high in the record book. I don't recall its score but I do know that they had a hell of a time scoring it.

Funny part is that I would have shot a spike...lol It was the first moose I called in.

What part of Northern Ontario did you hunt? I'm from Southern Ontario but every fall our group is up there hunting during rifle season. Congrats on the moose, he is a brute.

Ahh.. if only we could get tags in that area it would reduce our drive by almost 10 hours Good Luck this coming season.

If only the Natives didn't kill every moose they saw along the highway maybe there would be a population to allow more hunting.

The moose population in Ontario is in big trouble...

Is there even a calf season this year?
