Wanted to say thank you for all the information and advice I got in the moose forum this summer when I found I drew a OIL Idaho tag.
The hunt was something I’ll never forget.

Fantastic, very well done. Very envious as I can’t wait to have a lower 48 moose tag in my pocket and bow in hand.

Thanks guys, I absolutely love eating this moose as well! I could see myself doing a Alaska DIY trip someday.

Funny...we have some stuff in common. I spent 12 days in my Subalpine timberline pants, lightweight Core hoody and Kifaru pack during my own moose hunt this season. Great stuff for the NWT. Your bull is bigger than mine.

Nice bull Bruce! Agreed on the Sitka gear, I spent almost 60 straight days in it. I’ll have a review of some of the pieces after I’m done with my hunts.
