Sd Badlands mule deer

Anyone hunt this area I'm looking at hunting 5 k acers of private property got a land owner who swears they have good bucks. But being I'm in Texas I can't scout before I spend the $ on the hunt. Just curious to any information of the area sw of kadoka South Dakota. After 10 days in Clayton Idaho and only seeing 4 does I am looking for a better option

There are real good deer. I would look into a late season hunt and sit the food sources

I hunt just west of there a bit and get into nice deer on public. I would imagine it would be good.
