3 preference points in Wyoming... wait or apply?

I now have 3 points for deer in Wyoming. Was initially thinking region G but its getting up there in points. Also I’m thinking I’d like to hunt more open country. Looks like most other regions are guaranteed with 3 points. Is there anything worth burning 3 points on or should I keep saving? I’ve yet to hunt deer in Wyoming. I’m just looking for a good experience where I might have a chance at a 160 or better buck.
