Best unit in NV is the one you can get a tag for. Lol. Can’t go wrong with the NE part of the state for both. Seriously though look at the draw odds and you can figure it out pretty quickly. Just depends how long you are willing to wait for a tag.

The list of bad elk and deer units is probably shorter than the list of GREAT units. For elk and deer, I don't think there is any clear unit which is head and shoulders greater than all other units. I'de take any tag in Lincoln, White Pine, and Elko counties.

Did you mean to say the NV draw is open and you need to know which units to put in for?

NV is full of good units. Check the draw odds and pick one.
