I haven't messed with my mz the last few years, but would like to this year. What bullet would you all recommend for deer coming out of a T/C Omega with BH209 powder? Bonus points if they can be purchased at Bass Pro, which is right down the street from me :)

Bass pro sells the Hornady FPB. You might take a look at the Thor bullets too, assuming you aren't looking at sabots?

Hornady XTP pistol bullet in either .45 or .44 caliber with a crushed rib sabot. If its only for deer the 240 grain would be plenty, I shoot the 300 grain .45 caliber for elk and deer.

I guess the first question is can you hunt with them in your State? After that there's nothing to using a sabot, insert bullet in sabot, insert sabot and bullet in barrel then ram her home. I just assumed since you were shooting BH 209 that you were looking to get the most out of your rifle and if you can shoot sabots with a bullet in the 240 grain range you will have a fast hard hitting projectile.
