Last nights workout was 8 rounds of the below.


MTN OPS Yeti 30 minutes prior to start

1000m easy row to start

MTN OPS BCAA intraworkout

10 - Sandbag Upright row/Burpee/Upright row/sandbag jumps
15 - 25# KB swings on upside down Bosu Ball
400m sprint
25 step calf raises
10 34" Box jumps
20 pushups
10 Bosu Pushups
40 Leg raises

1000m Hard row to finish

MTN OPS Magnum as soon as I finished the workout.
