Trigger Sticks Gen 2 Bino Mount?

I've got a Trigger Sticks Gen 2 tripod, and want to mount a pair of binos to them. I've got the bino adapter that mounts to the binos, with the shoe at the bottom. It has the 1/4-20 female thread at the bottom, and I've seen the Primos plate that has the 1/4-20 stud on it, so I assume that I would just thread on the binos? That seems time consuming. What do I need to get that would mount to the Trigger Sticks, but instead of the threaded stud, it is the quick release plate that the shoe slides into? Any other options that would work with the Trigger Sticks? Or should I look at a dedicated tripod?

Maybe an outdoorsmans QR....if I remember the trigger stick has a spring down 3/8s stud as well....so I think you could put almost any head on there

The trigger stick is nice and super fast but besides being heavey just tends to break....we've had a few and I think they all have broken
