I spoke with Swarovski today about the new 1.7 magnification extender and was surprised to find out they have an extremely limited number of them and the BTX eyepieces available through their website.
You'll pay MSRP and sales tax if you order directly through Swaro, but I had the dealer I bought my objective from place a special order for me. The special order option will save you at least 10% over MSRP and (depending on who you order from) tax and shipping too.
I didn't buy the BTX, but anyone who wants one now can buy one even before retailers receive their orders. Better act fast though because Swaro has said what they have is going fast.
