I have a pair of (now discontinued) Leupold 10x42's and don't see anywhere to screw in an adapter; am I missing it or does it require something else to mount to a tripod?

Thanks in advance

I don't know if you can use a screw in adapter on those but Leupold makes a velcro stretch strap mount for 20 bucks. It worked very well on their 15's I tried recently.

Let me know if you want a strap down type one to try out and I'll send one up to you. I've got the one Leica makes and it just sits, I'd rather send it to someone to use it.

thank you Sir- I found a Leupold one here in town, if it doesn't work out I will take you up on your offer and try the Leica one :)

just a quick update, the stretchy/velcro Leupold adapter works really well for my 10x42's :)
