Has anyone ever had their scratched up eye lenses replaced? If so what did it cost?

Just had my cups repaired, they kept popping off and the internal glass cleaned, they lost their clarity after we accidentally left them out at the cabin for a week or two. If its not free (warranty) they send you a quote once they have received them. The paperwork said if you don't approve cost they will return to you.
They turned mine around in about 3 weeks.

I thought I heard somewhere they had a no questions warranty or something, is that wrong?
