I️ will be doing a video review on these two units. But I️ wanted to start posting my thoughts before Christmas I️ will keep updating as I️ compare the two.

I️ will start by saying I️ can only test the units I️ have!

The Leica has ranged farther than the sig in all conditions. Both range far enough for all practical LR shots.

It’s no shock the Leica has better glass.

The Sig is the hands down winner for ease of use where ballistic are concerned. The App is very easy to use and the rangefinder itself is very easy to navigate. The unit will hold four ballistic profiles.

The Leica takes a micro SD card and you have to get your ballistics from Leica’s website. You can only load one ballistic profile on the card. They need an app and Bluetooth in this unit.

How far out will the Leica give you an elevation solution with the SD card?

I believe the beam divergence is quite a bit smaller on the Leica, did you notice that in use at all?
