Fixed eyepiece not tight enough in house?

I recently purchased an Athlon Ares 15-45 spotting scope which has a fixed eyepiece. Overall I'm very happy with the glassing, but I noticed that the eyepiece is not tightly fit in the house and can be moved a bit when rotating the power ring. This doesn't affect my glassing performance but I do get confused if this is a common thing or i get a lemon which is a quality control issue. If so, I will just do an exchange to see if it works better.
