I too am in the market for a new rangefinder. I am looking at the SIGs and Nikon 3000 Stab. I was sold on the Nikon until doing a little more research and finding out that only optic stabilizes not the laser. That to me makes they image stabilization unless because I’m not sure how or what I’m ranting at that point.
That being said I’m a bow hunter. I did like the auto brightness adjust. Which sigs have a reticle that lights up vs just the black one??

I had terrible luck with my Vortex rangefinder. Not only was it slow but it was tough to get a good reading without basically a barn next to the deer. I about threw the thing in the ditch after I missed a buck last fall, luckily I was able to stalk and get another shot at a closer distance. On my way home I stopped at Cabelas and returned the Vortex and picked up a Sig 2200. The Sig is leagues above the Vortex in my opinion, very fast readings. I love other Vortex optics but their rangefinders leave a lot to be desired.
