Zen Ray ed2 spotting scope eye piece

The eye piece on my ed2 has locked up and will not zoom in and out at all. I've tried to get ahold of somebody at Zen Ray, but as many of you probably know the customer service is literally non existent, I don't even know if that company is open any more the way it seems. I also cannot seem to find a replacement eyepiece made by Zen Ray. Has anyone here had any success with using Swarovski or Vortex eyepiece on the ed2 body?

I’m pretty sure Zen Ray went out of business.

I've got a mint Zen zoom laying around I'm willing to part with. Got a 30x fixed as well.
