I'm looking for a good tripod $200-$400 range. I've got a Vanguard Alta with Trigger ball head right now. It's ok for setting up Photography or glassing pics and video, but not very functional for filming hunts. Looking possibly at Slik or Manfroto, or something else that you guys might suggest.

Any suggestions? I'll be using Swaro HD spotter 65mm, Swaro EL 10x, Sony A6000, and small Sony Handycam's.

Thanks

I've not tried one yet but a bunch of people, including Ryan, recommended the slik 634. It's the one I plan on having this fall.

Slik 624 or 634. I've got the 34 and unless you stand up glassing a lot I'd stick to the 24. It's really all the height that I use of the 34.

Manfrotto Befree carbon fiber. I have the ballhead version and added the 700RC2. There is a newer version that comes with an ultralight fluidhead.
