The lens features the following 3 coatings: eBAND, BBAR, and Fluorine Coatings. The Eband coating dramatically curbs ghosting and flares. The BBAR, Broad Band Anti-Reflective Coasting allows more light to come through and the Fluorine coating protects the lens against dirt, dust, moisture and fingerprints.
