Panorama gear for the back country.

I was just curious what people are using for pano gear in the back country. I'm going to be ordering an A7III from Cameraland in a month or so, and would really like to play around with pano stitching and focus stacking before I head west this year.

I've been looking at a couple options:
1) buying the individual pieces - pano head, nodal slide, and leveling base
2) buying a full package like the Really Right Stuff PG-01
