First of the New Year.

Made it out this morning to the edge of the big water. Set up at a river mouth in a cross wind. Started out with a few female howls, and then a coyote pair. Waited awhile and played some rabbit distress. After that I was about at the 35 minute mark and about frozen. Knew I had to play some pup distress before I left. Was about 5 minutes in and this dog came running. Down she went!

Weather was 0 degrees with -20 wind chills. I feel like I earned this one. New Stone Glacier Avail worked great packing out the ~35 pounder.
