Jake from State Farm

My wife thinks that Roksilide is like "Jake from State Farm". I can be on this site all hours of the day and night and I will get the question: "Is that Jake from State Farm?"

Does that happen to any of you or is my wife unique? Maybe you have had a better experience. I personally think that Aron is like the Jake guy without the Khakis and a lot better shape, especially after seeing his picture the other day where he made the Incredible Hulk look small.

My wife tells me that Rokslide is like Facebook, and I say "them's fightin' words". (I hate Facebook with an undescribable passion). I've learned so much about backpacking and gear on here, and all you guys are so genuine, it's hard not to love this site.

My wife has learned that when I have my iPad I'm on rok slide or looking up other hunting info. She understands I'm addicted!

mine just attributes it to my ochd. obsessive compulsive hunting disorder. she knows its out of my control and theres nothing she can do about it
