WTS: Kowa 77mm spotting scope
Up for sale is a new in box Kowa TSN-773 angled spotting scope with the TE-11WZ Prominar 25-60x eyepiece. This is the newest eyepiece Kowa offers and is the wide-angle version. I bought this in Sept last year thinking I knew exactly what I wanted for optics. Researched a ton on this unit, but after several months of thinking about it since then, I’m going to go with a smaller scope, if I go with one at all. Maybe the new TSN-553 will catch my eye.
So, I only had this scope out of the house one time to sight in a rifle. Otherwise it’s been in the safe the entire time. Not a mark anywhere and have all the original packaging and receipt of purchase. Not sure about warranty transferring, but my guess is it won’t be a problem. Purchased in the USA from an authorized dealer. I happened upon a smoking deal on this so I’m going to just pass it along.
Price for body and eyepiece: $1,845 delivered and insured to your house in the lower 48. Would need to either be PayPal as F/F or add the 3%, or USPS money order.
I’ll get photos up later tonight, but I did put some pictures up in another thread if you’d like to look now.

So I was just responding to another thread about someone looking for a spotter/tripod setup and it got me to thinking.
When I bought the Kowa I knew I needed a better tripod setup for weight support so I sprung for an Outdoorsmans compact medium and full size pan head, along with the adapter plate to attach it. I really just realized I don't need a tripod this nice if I end up with a Kowa 553 due to the lighter weight.
So I'm going to add an option to this ad if anyone (Mr. JigStick) is interested in a top-shelf setup.
