What kind of frame is in this? I have read it can come with the titanium or a carbon fiber frame. Thanks!

I believe these were with fiberglass rods in a cross pattern. I didn't use it a ton, but I recall having the ability to haul a pretty decent weight load and still was able to twist my torso as needed.
