Hey guys. Been lurking for a bit and already learning a ton. New to western hunting but will be going on a guided elk hunt next year and trying to learn some skills and gear up. The majority of my hunting experience has been upland birds and waterfowl in ND and some traditional archery whitetail hunting. I am looking forward to doing some backcountry western hunting. Just trying to recruit a friend that is dumb enough to come with me.
