Hello, been a lurker here for awhile now. From Clovis, NM and have caught the elk and coues deer bug. This would be my third year in Unit 53 for elk but won't make it for muzzy this year due to work. I've been unsuccessful but I think I finally have the unit figured out. I'm hoping I can pull a Unit 15 or Unit 13 Nov muzzy tag this year. I also enjoy hunting coues deer in Unit 23, hopefully third time is the charm, I should be able to draw archery and give it another go.

Retired USAF. Settled in Clovis because of work. Since I'm originally from South Dakota, being miles from an urban center doesn't bother the wife and I in the least.
