Howdy folks, My name is Dale. I currently reside in southern Louisiana, but originally from Arkansas. I'm a life long hunting and fishing enthusiast, although there is not alot of good opportunites here for hunting.

I stumbled on this site doing some research for a DIY elk hunt, and greatful I did due to the wealth of knowledge here. Heck, sometimes i feel a little overwelmed due to so much info. LOL. I've always wanted to do an elk hunt, and figured I'm not getting any younger so its time.

Anyways, please forgive me if I ask too many dumb questions.
