Is there anybody around the greater Chicago area that squirrel hunts or anything small game related? I'm looking for something to do in the winter here. I'd prefer to bring my little guy in the backpack(he's 20 mo. old) as I don't get to spend much time with him during the week. I'd be interested in a simple hike as well. Just hoping to find some likeminded folk around here, hoping to get my kid started in the outdoors, but I'm struggling to get going around here.
