    Hunting snow geese in snow storm tips

    Does anyone have any tips for hunting snow geese in a snowstorm? I've got work on Friday and we are supposed to get a snow storm. Looking for some tips. I've got 600 socks a few sillos, 50 ish full bodies and 40 shells and a rotory. Should I set everything out? Just set out a few?

    I am in the process of trying to get some decoys for Canadian Goose hunting. How many decoys do I need to get. I am looking at getting some Divebomb silhouettes. Should I spend the extra money and get the flocked or does it not matter much? Any advice is appreciated!

    Should I upgrade rifles?

    I currently shoot a Tikka 30-06 which I am pleased with. I hunt deer and elk. I have an opportunity to get a Tikka 300 Win Mag. I am curious if it is worth it to upgrade. I may someday get on a moose hunt, but that is not guaranteed. What would you do? Upgrade or just keep using the 30-06?
