    I'd buy a 223 barrel if it was a better twist for heavier 77gr bullets. The twist is pretty limited to varmint bullets.

    DRT bullets

    I wanted to chime in as I had a similar poor experience with DRT customer service. I tried to order projectiles and they wouldn't ship without an FFL. I won't support a company who won't support us even though I do have an FFL/COE. I guess it's Barnes LRX for me.

    New SG bino harness is on the way ...

    When I called Sept/Oct last year they told me Spring 2024. It sounds to me more like a chest rig similar to the Sitka Mountain Optics Harness with wings and new pockets. Based on the feedback I think I will have to get one.

    Funny you say that because my wife calls mine "clown shoes". I bought some Magna ESCs and find them really comfortable for everyday wear and have been using the Primus Lites for running and really appreciate the breathability. I guess at this point I am a convert.

    I would imagine you could but with a small gap. For hunting rifles small gaps always seem to fill with debris and that's something I would prefer to avoid with a magazine involved. That being said it's a very small gripe.
