Adjustable Sight Hitting High - How to fix?

I shoot a Spot Hogg Fast Eddy XL. It's a 3 pin adjustable. I'm hitting slightly high at every yardage after installing my sight tape. It's about 4 yards high (on the tape) at every yardage. My question is, can I simply adjust my floater pin (40 yrds) so it's hitting where it should be? OR do I...
