    Like others, take the medicine day/night before you fly. I’ve found having a window seat helps me immensly. Being able to see the movements of the plane helped with the motion sickness.

    multiple the fill rate by the down and then use that number to figure out which is warmer. The LT uses 1.9 fill of 850 = 1615 Pro uses 3.2 fill of 850 = 2720 The Pro’s would be a good bit warmer
