    ND Badlands, trailcams and putting out mineral lick?

    In ND, it is unlawfull to hunt over bait in the National Grasslands. The question I have is, can I put up cameras with mineral licks in front of the camera for taking picks of deer? If a good deer shows up and I hunt him in that area, but not over the bait, am I breaking the rules?
