Funny you should mention that. There was a discussion here a couple weeks or so ago about their discount code. One person said they called blackovis recently and said they gave them the Rokslide discount while someone else called and was not given that discount. Assuming that's true, the...
I'm not a fan of letting rare health risks dictate how I operate, but living in one of the towns in MA listed at "critical risk" and knowing the consequences of EEE, I know it would just make me have a lousy night sleep knowing I was just under an open tarp. If I were you I'd pick up a...
Its been a while since I've looked into it, but when I had a SLAP tear about 10 years ago the doctor said that they, at the time, were saying it was best to avoid surgery for long-term recovery. I had a grade 2 tear. I never had surgery and regained enough strength to not feel restricted in...
I opened my freezer to find one of my vacuum sealed (or at least it was supposed to be) bags of scraps for grind only to find that it wasnt sealed and has freezer burn. If I trim off the damaged parts is the remainder still good or is it all spoiled now? Anyone have experience with this? I'd...
kuiu super down mittens. biggest surprise of any piece of clothing I bought. I just didn't expect those to keep hands that warm for as long as they are on. everything is warm at the start but the cold always penetrates. not with these.Treestand hunting is mostly what I do, so beating the cold...

After the hunt we cooked some up and it was unbelievably good...
Did they offer some sort of explanation as to why they are not making zip off bottoms? There seems to be a lot of interest and kuiu's merino is just not nearly as soft and comfortable as First Lites.
I purchased some medium tall Cloudburst Pants and I need medium regular. I haven't worn them and don't believe I've taken the tags off.
Thank you,
Chris
I bought my wife a pair of First Lite Larkspur pants and turns out they are a bit too big. Since they are out of stock I can't exchange for a small. Has anyone tried to shrink their merino wool successfully, or am I going to ruin it?
Thanks,
Chris
I dont want to avoid giving a specific answer, but for me any hunt that I hear nothing but nature, feel tiny compared to the landscape I'm in, and have good reason to believe that I may be the only person to have ever stepped whereever I may be standing. Sheep, elk, goat, tahr, either will suffice.
