    Plantar fasciitis

    PF is absolutely miserable. For me it's K-tape, insoles but what seems to work the best is a brace that holds my foot in dorsiflexion while I sleep. It's miserable and it'll make me wake up in the middle of the night and rip it off but there's no denying it helps

    That's all I ever did. Ran it through a neck sizing die, loaded a .338 projective and fired to get AI brass. With difficulty in obtaining components there for a while a tabled the project because i hated using a powder load and projectile up just to get the brass. I really need to learn how...

    Even better.. There's a feedback option where you can leave positive or negative comments about sellers/buyers.. 20 or 30 positive comments and you are probably dealing with a stand up guy.. a negative one about how someone got burned on a purchase then you know to tread carefully

    You are what you eat.. No snake oil or supplement is going to fix that.. Soda, sugars, processed foods, alcohol.. its all gotta go. Then you can really evaluate where you are deficient and if you need supplements, which you will probably find you don't and will feel better than you ever have

    Just a thought, but grab one of those portable power supply boxes like a Jackery. They have a built in inverter and then you also have electricity for running some small LED lights, charging a phone etc

    Is there a durable 1 inch duplex scope?

    Burris Fulfiled ii.. My go to deer rifle sports one.. I take it out of the safe, beat the hell out of it all season.. Shoot it at one maybe two deer inside 100 yds then put it back in the safe til next year.. I don't even bother to check that gun before the season any more, it's just on
