Biggest gripe is the damn door handles - I've replaced those 2 or 3 times.
Almost sold it right before my 2nd kid was born.
Getting new tires this year. Maybe even this weekend if the boss says its okay.
Also have a stock...
I work for a home builder and we build about 80 houses per year, hit me up if you have any specific questions.
A few things I thought of off the top of my head:
-Tankless Water Heater (especially if you have kids)
-Additional sound insulation at interior walls (especially if you have kids)...
Not to mention the fact that everyone is ready to binge watch their Netflix. I've heard that Netflix and Youtube are already slowing down speeds so the internet doesn't break. If I find a credible news source on that, I will share.
805,
You got the ball rolling with this thread so thank you sir.
I’ve got a 6 year old daughter, 4 year old son, and an almost 2 year old boy.
Let’s make it happen on the whiskey some day. Seems like in one scenario we could all be out of jobs and have too much time on our hands. If it doesn’t...
It's time for some good old fashion American Badassery!
We are still back to back World War Champs and we hopefully put Neil Armstrong on the moon and didn't fake it. Also, we are the best and most free thinkers in the world.
Figure your shit out quick, help your neighbors, repeat.
Not all millennials are viewing this as "Extended Spring Break 2020."
I was at Albertson's a couple days ago buying butter and baking powder (still trying to find flour though), and one of the checkers was introducing her brother to the Store Manager. She said he was in college but with school...
I think the re-finance window is closing as we speak. My neighbors re-finance closed on Monday and they pulled out some money and had a rate just a hair over
I inquired with my best friends mom who is a loan officer and she said they were not all that low.
Not an expert, but I think the banks...
The grocery stores are going to be bonkers when the first round of checks come out. Most Americans are going to be losing their minds being home from work and not able to spend money on what they normally do (restaurants, going to movies, buying gear on Rokslide Classifeds, you name it). Not to...
Can anyone share the link for the actual study itself? I tried with no luck.
I wouldn't go so far to call this story click bait, but KTVB definitely knows this is a controversial issue that will get clicks and eyeballs. So they boil the study and press release into the most basic headline...
Congratulations!
I have a 5 year old daughter, 3 year old son, and 1 year old son. Best decisions I ever made (even if the first one was not planned).
Kid backpacks - this has honestly been one of my favorite things of the little kid years. So easy just to put them in the pack and go. Before...
Got my first pair last fall and love them.
I've had challenges over the years finding boots that work for me cause my feet are so wide. Bought these last year, went on a couple walks on lunch breaks and then hunted with them a week later. I'm sure they will start leaking soon and with my feet...
Smart Wool for me. I've had a two pairs that I wear while hunting, other activities, and even to work. No issues with them and they have held up well.
I tried First Lite and they were great the first year I hunted with them, but both pairs came apart before the following hunting season.
Make the trip up over 4th of July for Salmon River Days. It's a good time and there's quite a few things going on in town. Temps will typically be in the low 90s as opposed to 100+ here in the Valley. That could be a selling point in your favor.
